Question 1

What are Lumens?

Accepted Answer

Lumens are the Academy's wallet currency. 100 Lumens = $2.10. Every service is priced in Lumens so you always know what an hour, a VOD, or a bundle costs without currency conversion getting in the way.

Question 2

Are Lumens refundable?

Accepted Answer

Unspent purchased Lumens are refundable within 14 days, no questions asked. Granted Lumens — the 800-Lumen welcome grant, referral rewards and milestone rewards — are non-refundable.

Question 3

Do Lumens expire?

Accepted Answer

Purchased Lumens never expire. The 800-Lumen welcome grant expires 60 days after signup, and the countdown is always visible at the top of your wallet so nothing sneaks up on you.

Question 4

How do bundles work?

Accepted Answer

Bundles are session-hour credits — 5 or 10 hours, never pressured. When you book a 1-hour or 2-hour session you can choose to spend bundle hours instead of Lumens. Bundle hours don't expire either.

Question 5

What happens in the free assessment?

Accepted Answer

One hour on Discord. We watch your gameplay, diagnose your real plateau, and you leave with a written improvement plan saved in your Hub. Covered entirely by the 800 Lumens you receive at signup.

Question 6

What rank do I need to be?

Accepted Answer

Every rank, from Iron to Challenger. Macro coaching works at every level — the vocabulary changes, not the value. A clear plan helps an Iron climb out of Iron exactly as much as it helps a Diamond climb to Master.

Question 7

Where do sessions happen?

Accepted Answer

Discord — voice and screen share. We'll connect using the Discord username you set in onboarding. No extra software, no installs, nothing to configure.

Question 8

How should I prepare?

Accepted Answer

Have one or two recent ranked games queued up that you'd like to discuss, and a notebook (digital or paper). That's it. The written plan goes into your Hub afterwards.

Question 9

How do I book a session?

Accepted Answer

Once you're signed in, every service has a Book button. Pick a time that suits you from the available slots and the Lumens (or bundle hours) are reserved at confirmation.

Question 10

What if I need to cancel?

Accepted Answer

Cancel any booking more than 24 hours before start for a full Lumens refund. Within 24 hours, cancellations aren't possible — out of respect for the booked time.

Question 11

Can I reschedule?

Accepted Answer

Yes, as long as the new slot is more than 24 hours away from the original start time. Reschedule from your Hub in a couple of clicks.

Question 12

How do referrals work?

Accepted Answer

Share your personal referral link. When a friend you invited makes their first Lumens purchase, you both receive 300 Lumens automatically — no codes to enter, no claim forms.

Question 13

Is there a referral cap?

Accepted Answer

No cap. Every qualifying first-purchase from someone you invited credits both wallets. It's the cleanest way to extend your own runway.
