Privacy Policy

We store the data you give us — your email, display name, Discord username, rank, and role — to operate the Academy. Session notes and booking history are stored against your account so you can review them in your Hub.

We use Stripe to process payments. We never see or store full card details. Lumens balances and ledger entries are stored in our own database.

You can request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing the Academy. UK GDPR applies.
