Welcome to Lumina Academy. By using the site you agree to these terms.

1. The Academy

Lumina Academy provides coaching for the game League of Legends. All sessions take place on Discord. We are not affiliated with Riot Games.

2. Lumens Policy

• 100 Lumens = £1, displayed clearly at every purchase.
• Unspent purchased Lumens are refundable within 14 days of the purchase date.
• Granted Lumens (welcome grant, referral rewards, milestone rewards, manual grants) are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• The 800-Lumen welcome grant expires 60 days after signup.
• Lumens cannot be exchanged for cash other than via the 14-day refund of purchased Lumens described above.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

Cancel a confirmed booking more than 24 hours before its start for a full Lumens refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours of start are not possible.

4. Conduct

Be respectful in all communication. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that abuse coaches or other members; Lumens balances will be refunded per the policy above.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by UK consumer law.
