Coaching for Iron
The Iron plateau.
At Iron the games feel chaotic because nobody on either team has a plan. The plateau here is mechanical inconsistency stacked on top of fog-of-war anxiety — you're punished for movements you didn't know were risky.

CH. 01
Three leaks typical of Iron
Name the habit. Then break it.
LEAK 01
Constantly walking into vision you can't see
If you don't know where the enemy jungler started, assume the worst — and don't push past river without a ward.
LEAK 02
Auto-attacking minions instead of last-hitting
CS at Iron decides lanes more than kills do. Ten missed minions is a kill of gold.
LEAK 03
Recalling with the wave shoving into you
You lose more gold to lost CS than to any death. Crash, then back.
CH. 02
What your assessment covers
One full hour. Voice and screen share. Written follow-up.
We start with two habits: tracking the enemy jungler on a clock, and timing recalls around wave state. That alone is usually one division.
